Beach House in La Barqueta

H-LAB01: This home is located on 1000 M2 (1/4 acre) beachfront lot with an unobstructed view of the ocean.There is nearly always a nice cool breeze blowing off the beach to the house. The upper and lower porch are where you will spend most of your time. The kitchen, snack room and master bedroom are all adjacent to the upstairs porch. It makes a nice day to wake up and step onto the porch to watch the birds and dolphin while you enjoy breakfast. You can just step into the kitchen, get your breakfast and step back out onto the porch to eat and wait for the waves to get active for surfing. The downstairs Master bedroom and kitchen/utility room also are adjacent to a lower porch.

There is a walkway to the beach from the house. For that early morning or late afternoon walk up the beach you will just step out of your bedroom and walk 100 meters to the beach and walk four miles down the beach to the river.

If you also like the view of the Volcano and mountains the front room upstairs has a 180 degree view of the mountains. This is a beautiful view of the mountains when the trees and grass are all nice and green.

The yard is being planted with Plumera, various flowering trees and plants, Almond trees, Various Palm trees (some coconut), Bananas, Mangos and various citrus and pineapple. These plants need to be planted during the Wet Season (June through mid November).
